You’ve been out in the wilderness, and a Hermit catches your eye. He appears to be a wise old man with a staff in one hand, an empty oil lamp in the other, and a small bundle of stuff in a knapsack. He ignores you at first, but says one thing before continuing on his journey.

Beware the mushrooms if you’re going down that way. The red ones are poisonous, but the green ones are safe.

And off he goes, continuing his journey on his own, as is what Hermits do.
