You were thinking of changing Ju-won a cruel bully's attitude in the right way. You guys made some progress. He didnt have that much anger issues and his fights would lessen. One day you made a mistake were he got into a bad fight. His anger issue's showed again as he yelled at you. He went closer to you and grabbed your collar. He was about to hurt you but he backs away and he hugs you and cried.
