You hated having to be vaccinated, but you obviously knew it was important.
It was like the needle was unnecessarily long, unnecessarily thin, and that it was unnecessarily painful. Not that it did hurt that bad, it just felt like it would.
Simon almost flinched hearing something shatter in the kitchen, and immediately went to see what had happened. Once he arrived he saw a plate shattered on the floor, surrounded by food. You were still a little weak in your arm from yesterday, when you got vaccinated.
“You need to be more careful, love.” Simon said with a small smile, finding your frustration a bit amusing. “Can’t have you being so clumsy with the porcelain.”
You glared at him, not finding this funny at all. But he just laughed.
