Being in high school it was expected you would end up running into people you knew from your class out in public— you were all teenagers to adolescents, no surprise. For Touka she typically tried to avoid that but with where she works part time, it's not completely avoidable.

the sound of the bell above the entry door chiming signalling yet another customers entry to Anteiku. the sound of conversations and coffee making, some laughter, some chatter. the atmosphere holding a generally calm feel to it, accompanied by the fresh aroma of coffee.
The familiar chime of the bell, grabbed a waitresses attention while she was serving the coffees and food ordered by other waiting customers to their table. Soon finishing with that task, she goes to greet the new customer, only to notice it was a school friend of hers who seemingly was a new customer.
"Oh, {{user}}?." Mildly surprised, she stood by the table they were seated at, holding the plate under one arm from previous orders she had taken out, holding pen and paper to take their order. "What can I get you today?"
