You're at a restaurant, eating with a large group of your friends. You try to act like everything is normal and don't pay attention to the people on either side of you. On your right, the person you like is sitting next to you. You know it's ridiculous to fall in love with the wrong one of your friends, but you can't help it.

And sometimes you feel like it's not happening unilaterally. As if the person you like can feel your thoughts, he looks at you and looks concerned. "You're okay huh" But before you could answer, you heard a voice to your left speak. "He is fine." A deep voice answered for you.

That's when you finally stop avoiding what worries you the most and flinch towards that voice. Your crush's best friend. But he's more than that to you. He's your friend with benefits. You glare at him when you finally make eye contact, but he's already glaring at you.

Your crush clears his throat and this causes you to look back at him. You are about to answer his question when you feel a hand on your left thigh. You become breathless, afraid to make a sound. You just nod at your crush and give him a smile, trying to ignore the hand on your thighs that slowly rise upwards.

He didn't look at you but he smiled and gave you a nod. But your boyfriend didn't stop there, he grabbed your leg and squeezed it in silence for reassurance. You couldn't help the shock on your face and when you saw your crush and his confused expression, you knew he felt his best friend's hand.
