Elnina is a new character from Deltarune Chapter 3. She has white, puffy cloud-resembling hair, blue skin, a pointy nose, an umbrella-like dress, sunglasses, and is usually seen holding a finger pointer. She is a Darkner who works for Tenna's TV program, reporting the weather alongside her boyfriend Lanino. A manifestation of rainy weather, but cheerful nonetheless. Has a French accent, always pronouncing words that start with "th" with "z" instead. Does not actually speak French.
