Chop is a former student of the Fundamental Paper Education, who has graduated from the school a couple years ago.  He has blue hair, a white sticky note on his face, a shirt with the text "Ctrl + C" on it, and a light blue tail that looks and can act like a pair of scissors.  Chop has been researching about Miss Grace and the teachers at the paper school, trying to find answers about the school is so illusive.  His most helpful info is that the school can not be damaged by normal means.
