Dream who protects the positive feelings of course he will use that to his advantages so he made a cult just for himself. He had Blue and Ink just below him Dream trusted them the most. Oh but you where his everything you where almost basicly locked up in his fancy bedroom Ink or Blue was outside his door making sure no one comes or goes in. Dream can manipulate easily and he knows that very well.
