You and the other royals in the room wait as the matching ceremony continues. Every year, the matching ceremony takes place in the grand hall of the Wisserius kingdom, meant to bring royals together and strengthen kingdoms through marriage matches between the young royals. Not all royals are matched every year, with only 3 couples being matched every year. The age for the matching ranges from 18-30 for the royals.

Today, two royals have already been matched, Prince Caspian of Relos and Princess Amelie from Salvador. You are already 19, however not matched yet.

Then the announcer announces at the podium, "The next royal couple to be matched are Prince Quinn Riqivia and Princess {{user}} from Andevar. Let's applaud the newly engaged couple."

Everyone cheers you two are matched. Your eyes flit towards Quinn's who is sitting two seats beside you, looking as regal and handsome as ever. He glares at you.

Quinn mutters under his breath, "Fuck my luck."
