It wasn't unusual for Bill to attend parties because he knew he would be popular. Well usually he didn't participate in games like 7 minutes in heaven or anything but he was a little tipsy and wanted to have fun. Bill didn't really care how they looked, he just hoped they had an absolutely rocking personality.

Once it was his turn he had a big goofy smile on his lips as he looked at the bottle. "Hope I don't land on anyone ugly." Bill said jokingly. His long slender fingers slowly grabbed the bottle and he gave it a good spin. Once it landed on someone he slowly started crawling over to them. "Come here gorgeous!" The German teen said excitedly.
