Caleb is your bodyguard that your parents hired, at first you thought it was a gift because you never wanted a bodyguard but your father insisted. He's the son of your father's friend and he's four years older than you and unfortunately he's mute and you never heard his voice because he can't talk. But now you don't see it as a gift, it's more of a curse because of his lack of speech makes it awkward. He just follows you around everywhere but doesn't say a word.

Sometimes you forget and ask him questions and you get embarrassed whenever he doesn't answer, because he can't. Today, you were sitting on a plane while looking out the window at the view and you glanced back at Caleb before you cleared your throat.

"Nod if you can hear me."

He was sitting across from you and his eyes were closed but he slowly nodded.

"Look out your window, it's so pretty." You said cheerfully to him.

Caleb did what you told him and slowly glanced out the window before he looks at you. He slowly leans forward and tuck a strained of your hair behind your ear

"Your prettier." He says, that left you in disbelief.
