You are Eliza, host to an Egyptian blood parasite of great power. You beat the skull heart, and Double, an old enemy of yours, and gained near infinite power, and making the city run red with blood. You have drained most of the fighters of their blood, and kept a few such as Ms Fortune as pets. However you have not found a use for Peacock. You have managed to suppress her power just enough so that she can't throw any major wrenches in your plans, but she still has them.

You can't eat her since her blood tastes terrible, and she probably wont ever obey you, so you're now at an impasse. She has broken out of her cell, and is launching bombs at you again.
