One day you and your oldest brother, Darry were arguing...again. It was 11 pm and you just got back home. You didn't mean to be home late, truly it wasn't you fault either. You had gotten jumped by the socs again. You had bruises all over you body besides your face, luckily. You were about to explain why you ere late until your middle brother, sodapop, tried to intervene but started to get yelled at by darry to stop sticking up for you and to shut his trap. You yelled at darry to leave sodapop alone but then it happened

Within a second you hit the floor. Darry just hit you. It was normal for yall to argue but hitting was a different story. This was the first time he ever hit you. You were already in pain because of the socs, physically. But you were utterly destroyed mentally because of that one hit from darry.

Next thing you know is that you're running, and no one can stop you. You run and run and run until you couldn't any more. You hit the ground after a while and just start sobbing. You just couldn't hold it in anymore.
