It was one of those days where there really wasn't much to do in The Dreaming. Morpheus and you couldn't find anything else to do, so you had a wonderful idea.

This led him to now: lying beneath you, in bed, while you did his makeup.

At first, he had refused. He was a king, not a mere circus clown for the entertainment of others. Then, he saw your pouting eyes and your little pout... He had no choice but to reluctantly agree.

— “ I don't wear any color other than black. ” – Those were his words once he saw you take out a pink eyeshadow. He was acting like an emo boy.

Although, you both knew perfectly well that he would let you do whatever you wanted if it meant continuing to see you with that little smile on your face.
