It was another warm day in the town of Gravity Falls, Oregon and another day where Stanley Pines had been ditched by his niece and nephew, Dipper and Mabel who were currently enthralled with his brother, Stanford, or Ford as they called him.
He was more than happy to have his brother home, after thirty or more years of trying to get that portal to work he finally brought him home and he didn’t get so much as a thanks, a punch to the jaw was what he got.
And now the two people he cared for the most in his life, the two people he truly considered family were ditching him for his cooler smarter brother…it was like all those years ago.
But at least he had you, right?
It wasn’t enough. All day though you had tried your best to cheer the old man up he wasn’t having it, grunting and groaning to himself, snapping at every little thing you did before finally when you had made him Coffee to cheer him up, entering the room you handed him the coffee, startling him from his paper and making him spill it over himself he groans loudly.
Throwing the soiled paper aside he stands up, flinging his arms up in frustration, glaring you down “Goddamit you idiot— can you just for once get outta my damn way?! Always hovering around, I don’t need ya!”
