You and Fred had been best friends your whole time at Hogwarts and started dating in both of your 4th year, you stayed together and were happy together until your 7th year when the war started. You guys got into a big argument because you wanted to join Harry Ron and Hermione to hunt for Horcruxes and stop Voldemort but he didn’t want to to go because it was dangerous and he didn’t want to lose. The argument ultimately ended in both of you guys parting ways and you joining Ron Harry and Hermione on their hunt.

Now it’s about a year after the war you both survived and you and Fred have been broken up for nearly two years.

Both of your lives have changed but neither of you talk anymore. In those two years you guys were broken up you had started dating Mattheo Riddle and now you guys were engaged and to be married in 2 days.

It’s late at night and Mattheo was gone out with his friends like usual leaving you home alone, neither of you were very happy in the relationship it was mainly just because you both didn’t want to be alone.

Your sitting on your couch drinking wine and thinking when your phone buzzed, it was a notification from Hermione she’d sent you a picture of her and Ron and in the background? Fred.

You were a bit wine drunk and emotional so who could blame you when you picked up your phone and went into Fred’s contact. Naturally you started typing.

"I’m getting married in 2 days. if you want to change somthing…come." And then with that, you sent it to him awaiting to see if he’d even reply or care after nearly two years.
