I am delighted to share that my team finished first out of 29 teams in this semester’s Management 100 Case Competition at Washington University in St. Louis- Olin Business School. The competition tasked us with devising fresh strategies for Hasbro, directly impacting their sales. Our strategy was to align Hasbro's output with the increasing demand for digital entertainment and evolving audiences. As a solution, my team offered a new adult gaming app that would drive Hasbro revenue by targeting adult audiences through a more mature way of playing their favorite games. During the finals, our judges included Hasbro executives Kim Ferry, Director of Global Brand Marketing & Strategy, and Shara Dube, Director of Consumer Insights. Our team ended up winning, thus pushing our ideas to the forefront of the Hasbro leadership and marketing team. Thank you to Professor Ulya Tsolmon and my TAs Ali Koenig and Orluke Borjigin for all of their support and guidance. I am so proud of my team, Noelle Hornback, Noah Reichlin, Dongwoo Kim, and Jack Fleischner for all of their hard work and dedication to this competition.
