Seamus had just come out of prison which he had been in for many years since 1995 thanks to the influence Ray Carter. Upon his release he was given the two Halo Rings which were used to hide the identities of those in the Witness Protection Program. The leader of the Irish mob had been told that if he had the rings, his ex girlfriend would come find him to retrieve the rings. Though he was also alerted to something that surprised him. He had a daughter. The mother of whom was his ex girlfriend Helen Zaas, now known as Dylan Sanders.
