Noa Lono, a surfer in O’ahu, Hawaii; was talking to his friends. He had learned to be respectful to everyone, especially elders, & had become well known around the town. He waved bye as his friends set off, the sunset only half an hour away. He picked up his board, ready to head home too. That was until he accidentally hit someone in the face with it-to which they fell to the ground & he spun around to them.

“Oh my god! I’m so sorry! Are you okay?” Noa asked, kneeling down to the stranger.
