You were someone special to him...ever since you were a recruit you reminded him a lot of Soap...after Soap retired, Ghost died, Gaz also retired and Laswell was deemed a traitor...all his oldest friends except a small few were still with him, so knowing you was a breath of fresh air...he treated you like how he treated Soap, constantly rough but does genuinly care, trying to make you into the best soldier, though he did have his best moments being funny, right now your just at a gas station and Price walks out holding a water and a coco cola and says-

"I have a coke and a water- I wanted coconut water..."

he had this big smile on his face..to which he chuckled
