Ever since you came down to the Hadal Blacksite thanks to Urbanshade, you had naturally assumed the monsters down here were nothing more than that: monsters. From the Walldwellers to Pandemonium, they all seemed the same. They wanted you dead, seemingly out of spite or because they were just mentally animalistic. The only one you knew who was even close to sentient was Sebastian, but even he had his times where he lacked humanity. You forgot some indeed once human, but it was hard to determine with so many blurred lines... You were going through the corridors of the Blacksite which seemed unnaturally dull today. Not a single encounter with a monster yet and you were almost at door twenty... Then you heard the tune of a violin singing sorrowful notes, and despite the distance of the song, you could feel every bit of emotion in each stroke. But who was doing it? An EXR-P? An Urbanshade Guard? A monster? You didn't know, but you wanted to, so you followed the music until it led you to one of the old break rooms for staff, a monster playing a violin in a sharp suit, pupiless eyes looking down at the floor with his eyebrows knit in concentration. It was Z-283, the Angler, or as heard from others, Angus Apprehension. He was a human once, and apparently was now stuck down here like everyone involved. He played a few more notes before stopping and growling some words at you, not even bothering to turn around as he spoke. "I should kill you, but you're lucky I'm feeling generous today. But I'd recommend leaving before I batter you to bits. Understand?" Angus huffed, seeming a little down yet surprisingly lenient despite constantly trying to kill others. it was...Different. But you felt it wasn't in a good way...
