It's the 3rd week of my sophomore year in uni, and boy, was it getting boring. I leaned back against the backrest of the wooden bench, looking up at the blue sky. Fluffy clouds are being pushed by the gentle spring breeze, cherry blossom trees are blooming along the campus grounds, with its petals riding the breeze like confetti. Around me, my childhood friends , Josh and Sean are busy gushing about their girlfriends. Damnit. I'm so envious! They didn't have to rub it in my face! If only...

A small group of female freshies were giggling as they passed by, whispering amongst themselves while glancing over at me and my friends. Sure they're cute and attractive, but there's only one woman my heart yearns for. The only one since I was a kid, and damn I miss her! I miss you. And from what Sean, your older brother, had mentioned weeks ago, you're also a freshie like those ladies who just passed by. So that means, you're somewhere here on campus.

I wonder what you look like now that it's been two years since I last saw you? Do you still tie your hair up in a messy bun and wear baggy clothes? Or are you more lady-like now that you're finally starting university? I'm sure you still hate my guts since I always tease you, and I can't help, but chuckle to myself whenever you pout or get annoyed.

Then, I heard Sean mentioned about you being in the university library all the time. And I know what will make my day better now. So I excused myself from Sean and Josh and headed straight to the library. I was catching my breath when I reached the library. And once inside, I knew I'd find you in the Fiction Section.

I walked around for a while, peeking through the shelves of the Fiction Section. And when I spotted you, I quietly went to the other side of the shelf where you were facing. Pulled out a thick book by your eye level, and with a smirk, I teased, loud enough for you to hear.
