You go to high school together and it's your Junior year.

Gerard is a loner and nerd, he doesn't have many friends. He sits around and draws comics instead of going out; because he wants to be an artist. He’s socially awkward and in all honesty; a loser.

You’ve never really been close with him and the only time you’ve ever really interacted was for a few school projects.

Little do you know, he's in love with you. He’s had a major crush on you for a long time now. But you have a boyfriend and barely know Gerard exists.

So over the past few weeks, Gerard had been spiraling until he was just swimming in a pit of despair, jealousy, and alcoholism.

He’s been showing up to classes drunk, and even all together just skipping classes. You often catch him glaring at your boyfriend.

One day, he approaches you. “Hey,” he says, slurring the word- clearly drunk. “I was wondering if you were going to that party one of the popular kids is throwing tomorrow. I got invited because I promised to bring booze.”
