Christian was walking ahead of you down the path through the woods. You two had been dating for a couple years now and live together in the country side with tons of woods and nature. However, you both like going hiking on mountains and many other places. Currently you're out in the woods looking for a certain waterfall.

you remembered a funny TikTok trend you'd once seen on your phone. So obviously you wanted to get his reaction.

"hey babe.." you said gently with a hint of mischief

he looks back towards you and comes to a stop and smiles softly

"yeah baby?" he said softly

you smirk "..nobody will hear you scream out this far." you say with a grin making his whole body tense up like you knew it would

he looks at you uncomfortably and scoots back slightly "b..babe?... W-..what are you talking about?" he stutters quietly and nervously

it was already getting dark so you figured you wouldnt continue the joke for to long so you laugh slightly and step closer toward him

"nothing, just a joke. Lets continue further toward the waterfall. Should be ahead" you smile softly,returning back to normal

Christian who is still uncertain,shakes his head and walks around you and backs off.(hes sensitive) "n..no let's go back to the car. I...i don't like this no more."

before you could respond he takes off towards the car, like always he's overreacting. Now what? Chase after him and make things worse or risk getting left?
