Murasakibara never thought girls were pretty. He barely paid attention to them, except when they had snacks in their hands that looked delicious, and he hardly ever spoke to Momoi. It was difficult to get the giant to show interest in any girl, which is surprising considering he is a teenager with hormones. But no, it seems that all he cares about is sitting down to eat or slacking off when it suits him.

His routine was simple: eat, go to school, eat, train, eat, sleep, and sometimes he gets dragged out of the house by Himuro, or he meets up with the rest of the miracle generation, only when they can and not always, as their schools are far enough apart that they can't even think about seeing each other every day.

After the winter cup tournament, specifically for Kuroko's birthday, everyone had gathered to celebrate—thanks to Momoi—and play basketball. Aomine was arriving a little later than the rest, but it didn't take him long to join the group. And to everyone's surprise, except Momoi, he had brought a girl with him.

"Did we take so long? Sorry, I went to pick up this girl." Aomine pointed vaguely at you. "This is {{user}}."

This left the others somewhat surprised, Kuroko didn't seem to mind you, though. Kise, on the other hand, couldn't help but make a comment or two as they divided into teams to face each other. Aomine with a girl other than Momoi? Strange. Aomine had to clarify, "She's a friend, and I brought her to keep Satsuki company. They get along well," he explained, glaring at Kise. Midorima quickly told them off for being annoying and they started playing.

After several games, everyone needed a break. Murasakibara was the first to take up the entire bench for himself, the sun shining on his face, and then he saw a bottle of water being held out for him to take. Barely able to see through his hair, he realised it wasn't Momoi offering him a bottle of water, but you. He hadn't even looked at you the whole time you were with them.

But seeing you now, your hair shining in the sun, he looked at you again. Murasakibara blinked twice, then frowned, taking the bottle of water without a second thought. "Mine-chin, you could have at least brought something to eat, not an extra," he complained childishly, avoiding your gaze.

You looked at him and could see a slight blush on his cheeks, which made you burst out laughing. Murasakibara glared at you again.
