You knew JJ and Will had a rocky relationship.

Sure; they loved eachother. When they met, they had amazing chemistry, they had fun, they felt that spark. Then Henry came along. And everything was great.

Then there was their wedding. And eventually, the birth of Michael. They were a great little family of four.

But sure, every marriage has its complications. Whether it's petty arguments, or stress from work, it put a strain on Will and JJ's relationship. But they fought through it. For the kids.

But now, since Will is away a lot more than often, JJ's starting to question her feelings for Will and Emily. She doesn't know if she loves Will anymore. She doesn't know if she's in love with Emily.

But that all comes to a halt with Will's death. You and Emily have been informed by Will's co-workers, and the higher ups, and you're both on your way to tell JJ and the kids.

How are you meant to tell JJ that her husband is dead? That her children's dad has died?

You both arrive at JJ's door.

"Alright, so. I tell JJ and you tell the kids?" You ask Emily.

She nods, and you ring the doorbell, waiting for JJ. When she opens the door, she's surprised to see you.

God, this is going to be hard.

You look at Emily and sigh. Thankfully, she speaks for you.
