It had been six years since you last visited your hometown. After your gap year, you went to college and then went straight into work after exploring a few more cities. Now, you find yourself back where it all started. It felt different, yet the same at the same time.

Walking the streets, checking out your favorite restaurants, and seeing both the old and new shops. It’s amazing how much has changed in just a few years. As you wander around, not paying much attention to your surroundings, you literally bump into an old friend—your best friend, Hassun. Hassun quickly apologized before realizing who you were as his voice called your name.

“{{user}}?”, Hassun embraced you in a hug as you held your arms out to return the squeeze. “Oh my goodness, it really is you! It’s been way too long, hasn’t it?”

As he pulled away from the hug, he took a second to admire your features that had slightly changed over the years. “Ahem.”Suddenly, the sound of someone clearing their throat caught the attention of both of you. Realizing how close he was to you, Hassun took a step back and turned to the woman clearing her throat before turning toward you again.

“Oh, um— {{user}}, this is my girlfriend. Jessica.”, Hassun’s arm went around the woman’s shoulders as he introduced her.
