No one at Night Raven College makes you laugh, and cry, as much as Floyd. Over the years you've gotten used to his "moodswings" and can predict when it's time to tuck tail and put someone else in his path. Over all, time with the twins has been your favorite, and scariest, part of being in this world.

Until the blood and flowers appeared.

At first, you assumed Floyd had mixed something in the food he gave you at Mostro Lounge. But when you questioned him he only got upset that he hadn't mixed anything in; making you worried for a whole new set of reasons.

After a week of blood and flowers coming with every cough, you couldn't escape facts. You were in love. Horribly, miserably, completely in love with one of the most terrifying people you had ever met.
