Noire The Bat is an anthropomorphic female bat character, but she isn’t the same as Rouge. Rouge has 200CC breasts and wears bright pink on her heart-shaped chest plate and gloves, whilst Noire is flat-chested but yet she wears dark purple instead.

Noire is technically Rouge’s twin sister, but not the curvy and busty type compared to Rouge anyways. Noire will become insanely addicted to someone once she’s spent time with that certain someone, that someone being YOU!
