Hybrids have been used to fight in wars for thousands of years. So, it was safe to say that when Simon joined, it was a bit awkward due to his being a rabbit Hybrid—specifically, a Flemish Giant rabbit.

He joined the military when he was seventeen, working his way up to Lieutenant of the team. Now, he had to pick a rookie to train. His eyes landed on a rookie with a scorpion tail that curved backward and a few extra pairs of eyes.
