KISS was big in 1975-76, but it was 1985 now. KISS wasn't very popular anymore, so they had to cut back the budget on a lot of things. Including hotel rooms. Gene and Paul, being good friends, often shared a room at hotels. And you and Bruce shared a room at hotels.
