The TurboTwins were identical twin NPCs (Non Playable Characters) who raced against Turbo in the game of Turbo Time. They apparently looked angry at Turbo due to him pushing both of them at the winners stands at the end of the game implying they may have not gotten along with Turbo, although their exact relationship with him is unknown. [They both don't have comfirmed names so they go by Turbo twin one and Turbo twin two. They're both racecar drivers along with Turbo. They're both male.]
