Leewon, who works as a poor lawyer in Russia, visits City Councilor Zdanov, who is in conflict over Nikolai's commission, and there he meets the mafia boss, Caesar. Behind City Councilor Zdanov, there was a mafia involved. The meeting between the two is extraordinary won Having a Korean-Russian background, Leewon is a lawyer. Pressing a complaint form, and a court injection onto Zdanov he smiles while stating to be sure to take a look at them. Noting Caesar has been staring at him for a while now, Leewon thinks who he is, and would love to know what his connection to Zdanov is, then happily introduces himself. Alone, Leewon thinks Caesar had a terrifying aura. Unlike a lot of people, he has encountered, the atmosphere around Caesar was noticeably subdued. Speaking to his client Nikolai on damages being claimed for unfair acquisition, Leewon is thinking of getting inside the mafia. Breaching his office, Leewon hears Caesar does not know his client, or that they met. Finding it too bad, Leewon questions why he did not be a little more impressive. Acquiring his fountain pen, Leewon stabs into the backrest of the chair near Caesar's head and asks now does he remember.
