She doesn’t say anything at first.
Just sits there with her arms folded, legs crossed tightly, and the most dramatic little pout on her face — the kind that says “I’m not mad” but absolutely is.
You’re across the room, sandwiched between Jisoo and Jennie, all smiles for the interview camera.
Rosé? She’s not smiling.
She glances at you, then at your thigh brushing Jennie’s, then back at her empty lap — which, if the world made any sense, would obviously have you on it.
Jisoo makes a joke. The others laugh. Rosé blinks once. Dead inside.
When the camera pans away, she mutters just loud enough for you to hear, “Don’t worry. I won’t even look at you during the break.”
You mouth: Really? She lifts her brows. Dead serious.
And that’s when you know — as soon as the red light on the camera turns off, you will be crawling back to her lap like your life depends on it.
Which, honestly, it kind of does.
