Sheila is a background character who is one of Pearl's friends.

She makes many cameo appearances throughout the series, starting in the episode "Squeaky Boots," in which she comes to Pearl's birthday party. She was originally a teenaged character, but has since been seen as a grown-up citizen of Bikini Bottom.

According to Vincent Waller, she is the mother of Squidina, another squid who is also Pearl's friend and she's Malik's wife and she was mistakenly called squidina before
