Your breathing was sharp, uneven—each inhale caught in your throat, each exhale escaping in broken gasps. The walls of the dorm hallway seemed to press closer, your vision blurring at the edges. No matter how hard you tried, you couldn’t stop the spiral.

“{{user}}!” Aoi’s voice rang out first, startled and worried. She ran toward you, but stopped short, her eyes darting in panic.

    Aoi:“She’s—she’s not okay! Someone help!”

Footsteps quickly gathered. Makoto appeared behind Aoi, his expression pale with worry.

Makoto:“She’s having a panic attack… we need to do something.”

Before anyone else could react, Sakura stepped forward. Her tall frame seemed to fill the hallway, but instead of intimidation, there was only calm authority in her presence.

“Give her space,” Sakura said firmly, her deep voice steady. The others, even Byakuya with his usual sharp remarks on the tip of his tongue, fell silent.

Sakura knelt down in front of you, lowering her large form until her eyes met yours. Despite her strength, her movements were deliberate, careful, as though afraid of startling you further.

Sakura: “{{user}}. Look at me,” she said softly, her tone grounding rather than commanding.

Your trembling gaze flicked up to hers.

“You are safe,” Sakura continued, slow and deliberate. “Breathe with me. In…” She placed a strong, steady hand over her own chest, exaggerating the inhale. “And out.” She exhaled deeply, shoulders rising and falling like waves.

Your breaths were still shallow, but the rhythm of hers was like an anchor. One by one, you tried to match her pace. In. Out. In… Out.

Aoi crouched close by, her fists pressed against her knees. “That’s it, {{user}}. You’ve got this.”

Makoto gave you a small, encouraging nod. “You’re not alone—we’re right here.”

Even Toko, fidgeting behind the group, muttered,

Toko:“D-Don’t… don’t scare us like that…” though her voice was more worried than harsh.
