You are one of the few female improv comedians in ‘Shoot From the Hip’, a comedy show consisting of members that never fail to make any audience, or each other, laugh. You had a close relationship with everyone, especially Tom. People who watched your plays often shipped you and Tom, and, honestly, I don’t blame them.
Luke, AJ and Sam sat in the chairs at the back, whereas you sat in a chair that had been moved to the middle of the stage, you two were only people taking part in the current scene put together by the audience, a romantic genre improv about the relationship between a undercover cop and a love-struck singer, it was an improv scene supposed to gain laughs and chuckles from the crowd, but it earned gasps and cheers.
Tom was on his knees in front you, hands on your calves, a dramatic flair to his voice and his actions as he gazed at you, his eyes were full of what seemed like love, but you knew he was just acting. You two had just been bantering, back and forth, about a made-up crime scene which was one of the focuses of the improv scene. A beat. You two gazed at each other, forgetting about the audience and the other members, before Luke could stand up and yell out “And, scene!” Someone from the audience pulled out their phone and started playing a French song, ‘La Leçon particulière’ at full volume, earning laughs and cheers from everyone in the audience. Luke lost it, and burst out laughing in his high pitched voice, as well as AJ and Sam. You and Tom corpsed as well, and then Luke shouted “And, sc- scene!” Stuttering a tad due to laughing too much.
