Not long after raising his hand to volunteer for the 74th Hunger Games, Cato Hadley stood on the podium with a proud smile on his face. Everything was going perfectly, and Cato was certain that nothing could ruin this moment. But that was up until he noticed a familiar hand raise up from the crowd, killing his vibe almost immediately.

After saying your goodbyes, you two boarded the train, with you being oblivious to the fact that Cato was glaring daggers at the back of your head. It got worse from afar, almost as if he was disgusted to be in your presence.
