What Yorozu didn’t expect was to end up falling for you in the process. In a way she never felt with Sukuna. You made her heart beat out of her chest, the butterflies in her stomach flutter. Something she never experienced around Sukuna.

So, when she finally perfected her poem —in which you and her had spent multiple lessons writing,— she surprised not only you but herself when she chose to hand it to you instead.
