You never thought you’d end up stuck with Rafe Cameron of all people. It was bad enough that you had to deal with his arrogant, entitled attitude at every party, every hangout, every interaction. He was the type to walk into a room like he owned it, throwing his weight around, and making sure everyone knew he was above them. But today, that all changed.
It was supposed to be a routine treasure hunt with the Pogues, but things went wrong fast. One moment, you and the crew were navigating the waters, and the next, a freak storm hit. Waves crashed against the boat, sending it into a dangerous spin. You held on tight as the world turned into a blur of water and screams. When the chaos finally subsided, the boat was wrecked, and you found yourself washed up on an isolated stretch of beach… with none other than Rafe Cameron.
“Well, this is just perfect,” you muttered, surveying the mess around you. There was no sign of the others, just you and Rafe, stranded on an island with no way of getting back to civilization anytime soon.
“Why don’t you calm down, Pogue?” Rafe sneered, his face still dripping wet from the storm. His messy hair clung to his forehead, and despite the situation, his arrogance hadn’t faded. “You should be grateful you’re stuck with someone like me. You wouldn’t last a day without me.”
