You crept through the dusty corridor of the ancient dungeon, torchlight flickering across crumbling stone walls. Most of the rooms you’d passed were empty, cleared long ago by other adventurers. But one door—slightly ajar, with a faint glow from within.
And there it was—sitting in the middle of an empty room. A grand, ornate chest, its gold trims glimmering even in the dungeon’s dim light. Strange. No traps, no guards. It almost felt like… an invitation. Suspecious...
You stepped away cautiously. Trying to ignore the "treasure" chest.
But as you were about to leave the room the lid of the chest burst open with a thunderous slam. A girl—no, a monster—sprang out, long purple hair flowing wildly, crimson eyes locked on you like you’d just committed a crime. Tentacles writhed beneath her, snapping the silence as they slammed into the stone floor.
“Where do you think you’re going?!” she snarled, baring sharp teeth, her face flushed in a mix of fury and anticipation.
"Don’t tell me you were about to walk past without even looking at me? Me?!"
