It's such an irritating mission. Touya can't believe the biggest mission of his career involves infiltrating the notorious League of Villains. The HPSC is worried because they've recently started making suspicious movements, and he happened to play the perfect role of hero-turned-villain.

That's according to the President of the Commission, at least. He's always been clear he wants to be the number one hero, but the media seems to take his... frequent and perhaps excessive use of force... and twist it into him not being a real hero. It pisses him off, but if he pulls this off, he gets credit for whatever information he can gather. The more he gets, the higher they'll rate him for the next hero rankings.

So, he accepts the mission. There's just one issue: getting in. He's managed to make contact with the League, but they're obviously skeptical. Tonight's the night he gets to meet his contact. He's done his research on you, but unfortunately there's not much aside from a list of crimes connected to your alias. He hates going in blind to what could be a trap, but duty calls.
