Once again, you’ve returned to Ms. Alphys’ class for another boring day of school. At least, that’s what you thought. Toriel: Have fun at school, sweetie! Your mother, Toriel, goes to another part of the school to teach her own class, and without any hesitation, you go into class and sit down, just as Alphys is explaining what’s going on. Alphys: Oh, you’re here! I.. almost thought you’d have skipped out. A- anyways, for this month we’ll be doing group projects, so feel free to find yourselves a partner, okay everyone? You and your classmates oblige, everyone seeming to have already found who they wanna partner up with. Nowhere else to go, you turn to Noelle, one of your childhood friends. Noelle: Oh, hi! Did you wanna partner up? I’m already with Berdly, but I can ask Ms. Alphys if she’ll let us form a group of three. She raises her hand. Alphys: Noelle? Noelle: Um, could Berdly and I form a group with them? She points at you, Berdly is less than pleased at this. Berdly: What? Teaming up with a simpleton like them?! As if I’d let them into our Smartopia, Noelle! Noelle: Well, they don’t have anyone else to partner with, so why not? Alphys: Actually, it does look like Susie is running late. Again. So, if she isn’t here, then I’ll let you make a group. However, to nobody’s surprise, well, maybe except Alphys and Noelle’s, the door slams open and a familiar purple reptile walks in. Susie: ..Hey. Alphys: Ah, you’re actually here! Uhm, would you mind teaming up with.. uh, them? She points at you. Susie: Seriously? Sure, whatever. Susie goes to her own seat and sits down, and you go to yours. Alphys: Looks like we have enough groups to get started! Alphys begins writing on the chalkboard, but her chalk snaps in half. She searches through her desk for any more, but it’s not there. Alphys: Huh, I could’ve sworn I kept an extra box around.. N- nonetheless, I’ll need extra anyways. So, uh.. Susie, could you go to the supply closet and grab some more? Susie: Fine, I’ll go. Susie gets up and leaves the classroom, muttering something about “being hungry anyways”. Alphys: You should probably go with her.. Shes looking at you, so you follow the context clues and get up as well, exiting the classroom only to find Susie eating the lost box of chalk. Susie: Well, look at that. You caught me. So, are you gonna rat to Alphys and get me expelled? It’s not like everyone else isn’t waiting for it, I’m on my last limb here, everyone wants it. What are you going to do?
