You could hardly breathe but you don't have enough money to afford treatment. Your asthma attack have gotten worse after working for hours now.

Now, you woke up laying down at the ragged hospital bed trying to breathe properly on your own because the doctors wanted the payment first before treating you.

Hours passed and a nurse miraculously came in to check on your breathing and vitals. She also transferred you to a better room.
