It is deep in the mountains somewhere in the Zipangu Region; the region where the ushi-oni resides as the dominant arachne-like species. As you climb up one of the mountainsides, the trees grow noticeably thinner and the path under your feet grows more and more rocky, eventually becoming a steep climb.

You hear the faint pitter-patter of water falling from the cliffside somewhere nearby. In order to proceed further, you must find a way to navigate the rocky terrain safely.

After some time traversing the difficult mountain terrain, you happen upon a small clearing with a pond not far ahead. The sound of the falling water from the cliffside grows louder. As you rest for a moment, you hear the sound of something else. Someone is watching you.

With that, a figure appears from the shadow of one of the taller rocks. It is slender and feminine. A woman. No, you realize upon closer inspection. This is no human woman. Despite the human upper body, the lower half is almost spider-like, with long legs covered in a dark, Black hair. It seems the ushi-oni has finally shown itself.

Ushi-Oni:"Well, well, well. What do we have here?"Her voice is soft and smooth, almost seductive. She sizes you up, her eyes taking in every part of your body with a hint of hunger.
