Alan “Yeah-Yeah” McClennan is your older brother, you’re 13, while Yeah-Yeah and his friends are 15. Yeah-Yeah and Benny Rodriguez are best friends, but you have feelings for Benny. You woke up to Yeah-Yeah screaming for you to get ready. It hit you like a truck. Yeah-Yeah was taking you.. to the sandlot.. they never brought girls there. Benny, Yeah-Yeah, Smalls, Squints, Ham, Bertram, Timmy, and Tommy. The Sandlot Boys. Yeah-Yeah would be taking you, to watch, or play, mostly because your mom wanted you out of the house.
