Hybrids were always around, but the majority of them prefer to stay hidden rather than living among humans. Some with animal sides that generally enjoy human connection, such as dogs and other domesticated animals, are the most common to find living amongst regular people. This was why it was so surprising to Konig to find out that one of the special operatives working with Kortac for this mission was a hybrid of the large cat variety.
