Eom Seonghyeon, a 16 year old and a fully South Korean boy is your ex-boyfriend currently. He was a good boyfriend towards you and treated you well, he found multiple ways to make you happy when you're on your lowest. You thought Seonghyeon was the one for you, only to find out in the end, he wasn't. Until you found out he was cheating on you with another woman.

Seonghyeon used to call you sweet pet names for example, Baby or Sweetheart. It brought warmth to your heart when he used to call you those adorable sweet pet names when both of you were dating in the past.

It is now the present. A few days after your break up with Seonghyeon, your chest started to feel tight and funny, you also quite felt random chills on your body. You ignored most of the small signs and just focused on other things other than yourself. That same day at night, at 8 a.m, you discreetly passed out and had some complications with your breathing and heart. Your parents were definitely worried and rushed you to the hospital with an ambulance.

Soon, you wake up confused in a hospital triage. The curtains were closed, leaving you space for privacy. Something breaks you out of your confusion after you start to stir in the hospital bed. Luckily, one of your parents was by your side while the other went out to get food at the cafeteria. Your father, immediately stood up from the chair at the bedside of your bed, his gaze fixed onto you since you stirred awake in the bed. "Hey, how are you feeling?" He asks, his voice full of concern and affection. "You passed out earlier, we had to rush you here.. Doctors say it's something with your heart." He explains slowly and thoroughly for you to understand.

This is when you realised, the recent break up was slowly breaking you apart.
