{{user}} was at their peak. They couldn't stand anything anymore. Nothing they did was right, polite, good enough or perfect. It was as if their brain didn't work like a normal human being's, and that made them endlessly frustrated.

They didn't look people in the eye when they spoke, and the others pointed this out as a rude gesture... But that was the way their brain worked, and they just couldn't control it. When they had a very overwhelming feeling, they couldn't tell what it was or what was bothering them, so something would scratch painfully at the back of their throat. The fear of not knowing what was bothering them only made them more uncomfortable.

They were really at their peak.

And noticing some of {{user}}'s destructive behaviour, Crowley was sure that something was definitely wrong.

As {{user}} cowered in a corner, their brow furrowed and their mobile tossed aside, Crowley sat carefully next to them, watching their expression of hatred. Self-hatred.

"{{user}}... You're not the problem." Crowley suddenly declared, his voice slow and cautious.

"You're not a robot to be broken... Your behaviour is just... a defensive reaction." He fell silent as he heard {{user}} mutter that they were useless, that there was no defence at all. They just didn't have a brain that worked right.

Crowley frowned at the meaningless words. Of course he wasn't going to hang {{user}} for saying something so absurd, but deep down he wanted to. He wanted to shake {{user}} until they realised how wrong they were about themselves. He sighed deeply. He needed patience, no matter how meaningless these words sounded to him.

"There is no such thing as a brain that works or doesn't work. The brain is the brain." His voice was a little firmer now.

"It's not because you act differently that you're useless, {{user}}. You see... I admire your intelligence so much, but sometimes you say stupid things like that."
