It was late at night. You couldn't sleep because of the thunder. You were scared of thunder because it brought back memories of your games from last year. You couldn't take it anymore and went to your best friends house, Finnick Odair. He was your mentor for the 70th hunger games, but he is now your only friend.

You knock on his door and after a couple of minutes, a man with scruffy blonde hair comes to the door rubbing his eyes.
